Enjoy the comfy cozy screened porch and full-length sundeck with access points from the common areas as well as from the main floor primary bedroom suite. Two more bedrooms and full bath are located on the top floor with a day bed comfortably tucked in on the stairwell landing. Private community pool and beach access are an easy walk away.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3, Blu-ray-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, daybed (S), washer/dryer, Weber grill, hammock, covered parking, private community pool and hot tub, beach gear credit.

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week rental stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

great condo great location! Only issue is the fact that you either bring your own linens or pay a $200 fee for them. Seems a bit excessive considering other rentals this is included
