"Overall a very good experience. We have stayed at Avian twice before but were not able to use the amenities of Litchfield at the Sea. For this property, we were and enjoyed that extra perk. The property was as shown with enough space for a party of 8 comfortably. The whole family enjoyed the stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have access to the garage in order to charge the golf cart."

"The Escape was just right for our mid-week, last-minute-planned beach trip. Kitchen area is small (in a narrow hallway) but well-equipped. Comfortable bed made me want to peek at the mattress brand, but sadly I forgot to before leaving. Close proximity to wooded bicycle path to Murrells Inlet especially appealing! Had a lovely stay."
