Gorgeous getaway with all the extras included!

This beautiful vacation home located in the heart of Pawleys Island has all the comforts of home- fully stocked gourmet kitchen, beautiful great room to enjoy family time, Smart TV in every room, Wifi, games, outside entertainment area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, 4 bikes, bike racks for transport to bike path/trails, just a few-minute drive to all the restaurants and quaint shops Pawleys Island has to offer. As the crow flies, we are very close to the beach, but due to the waterways of Pawleys, it is not walkable. If you don't mind driving to the beach - the closest public beach access is just a quick 3- to 4-minute drive. Most of our guests do prefer driving to the beach to easily transport all the beach equipment! Also included is an unlimited entry pass to Huntington Beach State Park - about a 4-mile drive - to make it an easy day at the beach - swimming, fishing, hiking trails with parking and restrooms right on the beach!

Inviting with cozy and casual atmosphere

Beautiful island house with colors and decor that gives the feeling of being welcome. Everything that anyone could need was provided with quality products. After a day of shopping, sightseeing or fishing, we found this house to be like going home and relaxing.

Comforts of home

Fully stocked and roomy new construction house with comfortable furniture, beds and outdoor furniture. Well thought out check in and check out information. Lots of great suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here - lots of thought went into making it convenient for us - from beach chairs and beach towels we could use to stocked paper products. Truly a relaxing stay in a beautiful, incredibly clean house. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed local attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

Much needed getaway

This property was immaculate yet we felt very much at home our entire stay! There’s plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the area so much that we did all of our sightseeing, activities, shopping and dining within a 40 minute drive of the house. We highly recommend Pawleys Island and this rental!

Amazing property!

This house was awesome to stay at in Pawleys Island. The owners made sure they thought of everything! They even let us know about a beautiful beach access area that we would otherwise not have known about. My family and I were very comfortable and had an amazing time! We can't wait to stay again!

Fun at the Beach

This newly constructed home has everything you will need for a great time near the beach. Just a short ride from some of the best beaches in the SouthEast, the house has plenty of room and all the amenities you will need. Host is super responsive and will make sure that your vacation lives up to your expectations.

“So Well Done!”

This property is a quaint beach house that has not forgotten any of the details! It was so well stocked with all the conveniences of home and a fully stocked kitchen with all modern appliances. Its decor is very modern and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our houseful of 8-highly recommend it!!!

Perfect family haven!

We were in Pawleys Island for a few days for a high school baseball tournament. This wonderful home was only a couple miles away from the ballfield so it made it perfect for us. What was even better was that everything in the house was exactly as advertised and even more. The home was decorated nicely and very functional. I worked while out of town and was able to use the great Wi-Fi. The hosts were super communicators and very responsive to any questions. Although it was off-season and chilly temperatures. We got a sunny day in the 70s and we were able to take advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels made available by our host. We didn’t get in the ocean so did not take advantage of the outside shower, but it’s a beautiful and clean shower and something we always look for in a beach house. All the furniture was very comfortable and the great little electric fireplace was nice ambience in the evening. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next getaway!

Beautiful and Clean Rental

We could not agree more with the previous reviews pertaining to this property. I have never stayed at a hotel or house rental which was depicted as accurately in the reviews as this property. Thorough information and communication was provided by the owners and we legitimately have nothing to say that is not positive. Beautiful home, expertly cleaned, and as comfortable as we could imagine. We could not have pictured such a perfect experience as we received through this VRBO rental. Huge thanks again to the wonderful owners! If you are looking around Pawley’s Island or the Myrtle Beach area, there is not a more perfect rental!

Best rental property ever

This house is simply amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay completely comfortable. The location is perfect. The house truly was immaculate. We loved the layout, the very comfortable mattresses, we loved having beach chairs and a beach buggy available for our use, and we loved having bikes that were in great condition. If you were going to be in Pawleys Island, this is the perfect house.

Great visit

Very clean, new home with excellent location at Pawleys Island. Communication with host was easy and responses were always prompt. Kitchen had all the pans, utensils, cups, plates, etc to enjoy home cooked meals. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Very nice and well maintained property

Very nice and well maintained property well suited for a family (we had a party of 4). Close to beaches, gardens, and golf. About a 10 minute drive to Murrels Inlet (great dining) and a 30 minute drive to Myrtle Beach (depending on traffic). The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We did not take advantage of the outdoor patio, but it looked nice and well appointed for a relaxing evening BBQ. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Pawleys

The home is new and clean and well appointed. Pawleys is a great location of beaches, restaurants, shops and lots of golf! The road system takes a bit of strategy, HWY 17 runs along the coast and is very busy. We had great weather and a nice break from the ongoing cold winter of PA.

Beautiful Escape in Pawley’s Island

Fantastic option in Pawley’s Island. Warm, inviting home with modern updates. Clean and comfortable. This owner paid attention to the details. Passes to Huntington State Park with updated beach access, games, books and all the utensils you need. Lovely master suite. Highly recommend this rental. We loved it.
