This warm and inviting condo is well equipped with beautiful ocean views! It has 4 TVs, 1 DVD player and WiFi. Entertainment center with CD player in living room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Ocean views off living room and master bedroom. Wet bar with ice maker. Assigned covered parking.
The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield by the Sea offers family fun including pool, tennis courts and fishing lakes. Seven miles of spectacular beach and an oceanfront clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes and Golf carts available for rent, if needed.

Very nice unit and had a great time. Glad we were on at least 3rd floor so we had view of everything. Unit was a little tired(master shower door very hard to slide and we couldn’t get ice maker to work). Also some stains on carpet that gives prospective renters a negative feeling. We have been coming to Litchfield over 20 years and still feel it’s the best beach to vacation!!

Absolutely awesome view from the balcony. The unit needs to be cleaned. The carpet is gross. Mold in master bathroom shower. Light bulbs out. No ice machine at wet bar or in freezer. They need to replace the TV in the living room. The whole condo was dirty.
