Featuring three bedrooms, and two baths. The primary suite has a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view of the ocean. The two guest bedrooms have private vanities and sinks, and share a hall bathroom. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and guests may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
