"Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the updated shower. Manager on staff has been there for 17 years. She is a gem. (Yvonne). You can tell she puts her heart and soul into this facility. We were very happy with everything offered this location. "

"We came into town at 11:30pm trying to escape a major storm. Power was out everywhere in the city and the surrounding area. The front desk lady was so kind let us know they had power now, but were just without it due to the storm rolling through not too long before. The computers were down but she somehow managed to get us into a room. The room was very clean and the water was still working and hot. Surprisingly, breakfast and coffee were still available in the morning despite having no power at all again. 10/10 experience! Even in emergent circumstances, this hotel pulled through and ensured all guests were cared for. "

"We liked that there was even wildlife right outside our window to enjoy! Everyone was SO very nice and helpful when needed. To put a plus to it... there were freshly baked cookies!"

"I've stayed here multiple times and is my typical go to if visiting Kalamazoo. Convenient access to WMU campus and easy access to shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the highway too. Friendly staff, clean facilities and year round indoor pool. Good bang for the buck and I definitely recommend"
