Only reaaon its not 5 star rating is that the picture of its location om website puts it across the street from the big playground. You have to look at a separate map with actual address to see that its actually a few miles away. Our goal for going was to stay within walking distance, which it wasn't with 2 young kids. "Had a great stay. Downtown location is right above the shops and in the middle of the main shopping area of South Haven. Everything was within walking distance, parking was ample and free. "I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. "The condo was well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, as it was walking distance to downtown (maybe a 10 minute walk), but also right on the beach.
