"This is a small bed and breakfast establishment right in the centre of Pavia and they have tried to think of everything for the convenience of their guests. The side road grille gate is a bit of a surprise, but very secure. Once in, on a hot day I was immediately offered a drink. The stairs are steep, but my bag was taken up to and brought down from the room. The room is very pleasant, nowhere near as over the top as the pictures suggest, there are tea and coffee-making facilities,...

"This is a wonderful property located in a perfect spot in Pavia. We stay in many rental properties and I can say, without question, the service at Arnabaldi Palace is as good as we have ever received. Rooms are well appointed and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We fully intend to stay here again on our next trip to Italy."

"I had a great stay at Villa Marissa ! Only 11 minutes walk from the train station. Strongly recommend it to others!"

"Rommet var rent, lett å finne fram."

"Very dirty old tired place"

"Convenient location, few minutes from train and metro station. Clean room. Room refrig stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks."

"Hotel was conveniently located near the train station as metro. Room was clean. Staff were helpful in storing luggage."

"الموقع خارج ميلانو ب ٥ كيلو ساحه الدمو بالقطار او السياره تبعد ٢٥ دقيقه بجوار الفندق مول ومطاعم وكارفور ممتاز جداً"

"I liked the staff they were all very nice and the hotel is very pretty. I will say my room smelled like a meat plate and I think it’s cause of the wall decor paneling in the room. Breakfast was okay, came down to eat an hour before breakfast ended and an hour after it opened, everything was pretty cold but still good with variety. 4 stars because of the room smell and a couple mosquitos were in my room and bit my face, not sure how they made it to my room on level 4 but hotel was pretty. Parking...

"Very clean and nice, however they should let guests take food upstairs specially if you are jet lagged and want to be in your pajamas🙄"

"أكيد، هذه ترجمتها للإنجليزية بصياغة قوية ورسمية: I demand an immediate refund of the amount that was charged to me unlawfully. I checked out of the hotel on August 10, 2026. However, I was charged the full amount of the booking, despite the booking terms clearly stating that the applicable cancellation penalty was only €120. Charging the full booking amount despite my early check-out and the agreed booking conditions is unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of the terms of the...

"Staff was friendly, the room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. Pretty convient to Milano Centrale station and another metro stop. Several restaurants close to the hotel. 4 stars due to asking front desk for something 3 different times and being told it would be sent to the room and it never arrived."
