"The property was excellent and it was unfortunate that the pool was closed as it was disappointing to the children who wanted to use it. Staff was very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would have liked to have a people access point through the gate from the parking lot for those who have trouble climbing stairs. "

"Duplex is very nice. All rooms are upstairs. Carrying luggage upstairs is not so convenient. We unloaded all ski clothing and shoes and left them downstairs so luggages wouldn't be so heavy. Hotel’s personnel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a few steps away from Parador chairlift. We used the hotel amenities, gym, room service, restaurant, transfers to town and spa. We paid for spa and since maximum capacity is 6 people at a time, we had it to ourselves as we were 6....

"Apartamento pequeño, bien aprovechado. Muy bien gestionada la llegada y salida con Pedro quien tenía el apartamento atemperado a nuestra llegada. Un solo armario con 4 perchas y sin cajones para 6 personas cuando se podrían incluir cajoneras o guardarropas bajo las literas. Menaje de cocina justo para 5 personas.
