"It’s in a casino, so it is very clean and nice. I think they should offer hotel guest a complimentary small breakfast like muffin and apple or something. There is only one restaurant at the casino that offers breakfast and it doesn’t open till 8am. "

"The rooms were clearly designed by an interior designer who has traveled and knows what travelers need (as opposed to just making the room feel like a bedroom or living room. The thin toilet paper felt like a corner not worth cutting. The air in the pool room was nice, but the water could’ve been warmer. There’s no hot tub to warm up in after swimming in the cool pool. But these critiques are nitpicking. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Cleaning lady did not supply room as needed but staff kicked in and made up for it when asked about problem. "

"The lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. I saw her at check in at 8pm and again at check out the following morning. She is very good at interacting with people in a very positive manner."

"Clean, modern room. Recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable. I wish I had time to try out the tub, but I did not. Beautiful pool area. Continental breakfast was similar to other hotels. Staff person providing breakfast was very busy, trying to keep up with visitor demand. This is the first time I've seen a tip jar for the Continental breakfast staff, which made me wonder how much they pay for this position? "

"The outside doors were not secure, our key was not working and a man came up to help us. Took the key card and slid it between the lock and door jam, so anyone with any kind of card could get in. Didnt make us feel too safe, since we are 2 women in their 70's . The walls are very thin, you can here everything, the firat night was terrible after a 15 hour drive. We were able to get maybe 2 hours sleep due to a group partying all night. They left the next day.after that all was quiet. The room was clean, air and heat worked wonderful. They were at our door wvery morning at 9 collecting trash and giving fresh towels and anything else you needed. Very friendly."
