"The facilities are kind of old, but once you settle in, it's quite comfortable and the private pool is a very nice feature. Free daily breakfast was an unexpected perk in my opinion and the staff really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I'll certainly look to book for a return trip."

"전반적 불만족 사항들입니다. -이러한 것들이 개선이 된다면 좋겠습니다- 1. 도착 몇 주전 A-type을 예약했는데 막상 도착하니 C-type만 가능하다고 한 부분. 그 사유도 일반적으로 호텔도 킹사이즈를 예약하고 가면 더블 베드를 제공하는 경우도 있다는 황당한 말씀. 2. 빌라내 욕실 용품 비치 및 각 방당 비밀금고 비치라고 봤는데, 세면용품은 비누 한개 있고, 매번 호텔 처럼 새 비누를 제공하는 것도 아니고 비누 하나 3일간 썼네요. 욕실 용품이면 샴푸는 최소 제공해야 하지 않을지. 그리고 비밀금고도 1층방 하나인데요 사람은 여럿인데 금고는 하나인점이 다소 불편했습니다. 4. 1층 욕실에는 개미가 많습니다. 용무 보는데 계속 발 사이로 자그마한 개미가 왔다갔다 5. 방은 3개인데 헤어드라이어도 한개만 할당되어 있네요. 매벌 샤워후 머리말리로 2층으로 이동 6. 수영장 내려가는 계단도 하나 부러져 있었네요. 수영하러 내려가다 못감 7. 가격대비 다소 불만족...

"The Villa is clean, basic needs are all provided, all as per discriptions and photos, basic cleaning is doing on every day. Registration house is just next unit (actually it's self checking in & out, no registration). Location is quiet but convenient, convenient shops, Big C, restaurants are nearby in walking distance. The only drawback is the sun in January doesn't shine on the swimming pool (don't know if this change in other months). "

"파타야 도심과 조금 멀리떨어져 있지만 3일 이상 지내기엔 이만한 곳도 없을것 같아요. 무엇보다 매니저와 소통이 잘되고 그녀는 친절해서 원하면 매일 무료로 청소서비스도 해줍니다. 드럼세탁기가 있어 속옷이랑 수건도 바로 빨고 널수도 있고 생수도 넉넉히 제공해줘서 좋았습니다. 단점은 3명 이상 묵을 경우 방 한곳은 화장실이 방과 떨어져 있어서 들락거리기 불편했고 수압이 약해 씻기가 불편했지만 그 가격에 이 정도 시설이면 만족스러웠습니다. 거실에 큰 소파가 있고 넷플릭스 시청되는 스마트티비도 있어 그 점도 좋았습니다."

"とても清潔でチェックアウトの時間変更も大丈夫でした。部屋は広く調理器具やバーベキューセットも用意してありました！プールの水も結構キレイでした。ただ、英語があまり得意でないなら翻訳機を使った方が良いですね。もう一度泊まりたいと思うところでした。近くにはスーパーとコンビニがあり結構便利でしたが、遊ぶ場所までの移動はタクシー必須でしたね。ウォーキングストリートまではタクシーで30分以内で150バーツくらいでしたね。"

"Reserved 2 months before stay. Communicated with property owner within those 2 months. He confirmed and reassured property would be ready. Day of check in I messaged him for details and he said he never got notice of reservation. He said this despite a lengthy chain of messages between us. He also stated that the property was booked by soemone else for 3 of the 8 days i reserved 2 months in advance. He also claimed to have never messaged me and i sent him our entire message chain. "Delightful villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Villa and pool cleaned regularly. The villa is ideally situated in a quiet area but within easy distance to both Pattaya and Jomtien beaches. Highly recommended."

"While not in the quietest location, Soi 6 being a short walk away, its in a good spot for food and shopping. Always clean and seemed like someone was always cleaning. Staff were great no problems and room was always cleaned. Great place"

"I have stayed at this hotel before. It is in an excellent location. The hotel is immaculate. nice facilities, such as a pool, executive lounge, several bars and restaurant options.The staff is extremely helpful and housekeeping is thorough and prompt. There was quite a bit of noise in my room even though I was on the 30th floor. My suite had a balcony facing the beach and in a position to hear the street noise and the bands at nearby restaurants and clubs."
