All the staff were great. The location is great for virtually everything. The room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. The furniture was decent but outdated. The shower head was too low for a 5’ 9” man.

Room was clean and spacious! Bathroom was efficient but lacked a bit of sink space! Staff was always helpful and pleasant! My only complaint is the A/C blows downward into your face while sleeping and is somewhat too strong even on the low mode! Vents need to be redirected! They only provide one room key so if your partner leaves the room they must leave the key behind for all lights and AC to work...therefore knocking on the return is the only way in!! It's a good place overall for the price!

Great staff place pools gardens dining breakfast , snooker chess huge tvs , only things missing as need iron after travel as clothes clean but iron not available, apart from that lovely place and staff right near everything but feels tranquility too
