The Royal Wing was absolutely top notch. The room was an absolutely elegant traditional Thai decor , and so comfy. The food is great, the staff is amazing and so welcoming, I will absolutely be back here soon! Just a great experience all around.. and by the way, for those travelers who like a good strong air-conditioning (like me) in the room, these rooms definitely have it! You can keep your room nice and cool all day long! Overall, 5 stars all the way. Loved Royal Wings Suites!

We love the pool! This hotel has multiple pools. Family with children will enjoy swimming in multiple pools. Royal wing is connected to Royal cliff hotel. We stayed in Royal wing. Spacious room with in-room jacuzzi, fresh fruits and a variety of chocolates and cookies are served in the room every day. Mini bar included in the room price (very convenient). Excellent service. Staff members are very welcoming. We had 4 rooms with a large party. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Spa treatment service has multiple options. We would definitely come back again next time we are back in Pattaya.

Quiet, private oasis with awesome service

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The service that they provided was incredible. Great quiet location but only a 30 min walk or 5 min drive from the main street. City view from adjacent park was incredible. Facilities were a bit dated but well kept and incredibly clean. Complementary daily fresh fruit and chocolate was a nice touch as was having a reserved lounger ready for you at pool/beachside every day. Pool area was reserved for Royal Wing guests only (which keeps it quiet and uncrowded) but you are allowed to use the interesting pools, beaches and facilities of the other (larger) hotels in the Royal Cliff complex. Only negative was price of optional services (so for example, book your own car service at 1/4 the price of that of the hotel). One of the nicest experiences we have had travelling. If you want a very relaxing vacation, it is worth the relatively high price versus other accommodation options in the city.

Best resort experience in Thailand

We stayed at the Royal Wing for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and had booked the “Dining under the stars” experience. The setup was amazing and very romantic. Food and service was also top class. This place is just the best. The staff has this unique way of noticing the smallest detail and make sure that you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible during your stay. Don’t go here for the beach though. Don’t matter anyway, the pool complex is world class.
