Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The location given is incorrect, the taxi ended up dropping me off at the shopping centre. It took me 30 minutes to figure out where the property was, I had to ask a couple of locals for a sense of direction. Finally found the property and I wasn’t impressed with the condo, they put a massive rug down to hide all the cracks in the laminated flooring + the rug got hugely stuck each time you opened the door which wasn’t ideal at all - just created frustration. The left pillow smelt of perfume; it seemed like the sheets hadn’t been changed. I tried to get an instant refund but I couldn’t get it because the owner wouldn’t answer hotel.com calls. I wouldn’t stay there again, it’s advertised as a luxury condo and it’s far from luxury. The building is nice, the apartment doesn’t match the building it’s located in.
