Staff are very friendly. We request for seaview so they did upgrade the room for seaview which was very nice big room like one bedroom apartment. Breakfast is very nice more option to choose. Good location can access to anywhere.

10年位前に仕事で長期滞在していた時と同じく、設備、サービスともに大変良かった。部屋内の明るさ、設備は綺麗で清潔。最近米国のホテルではハウスキーピングが2-3日に一度だが、このホテルでは三泊した毎日実施してくれ、気持ちよく過ごせた。

団体客が多すぎて、一般客にサービスが回っていない。壊れていた設備も直すと言って治っていなかった。クリーニングもその日に出来ると言って2日後に来た。出来ないなら出来ないと言って欲しい。
