The location is very quiet, and the staff are extremely friendly. The room is very spacious, very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There is heating and a staff member had already turned it on before our arrival, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic. High value of money!

A lot of room for little money

We stopped here for a one night stay while traveling and booked last min from the parking lot of the hotel, by time we made it to the front desk everything was ready for us to check in and get some rest. Room was perfect for what we needed it had gated off street parking and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It was a lot of room for little money

My stay was a solo 1 night stay passing by Patras after a long journey. The room was on the first floor of a two story semi-detached town house. It is a large studio flat with each own kitchenette, a hall/living area, modern bathroom (only shower) and a comfortable size balcony. It is newly renovated and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Parking is off street, however limited. The area has a large supermarket next door and several taverns and restaurants in close walking distance. The staff we very polite and attentive. The development is gated suitable for families with children.

Piraeus to Patras stopover...

It was a super hotel for us travelling from Piraeus to stop overnight in, before going on to the Ferry Port in Patras. The staff are very friendly and gave us good advice for a restaurant on the beach in Rio. We travel by personal vehicle and usually require a confirmation of a spot for our vehicle in a Secure Parking area... We did specifically ask for a reserved spot in the hotel private parking lot but when we arrived there were no spots available. The receptionist did reassure us that the parking in front of the hotel was safe, as there are surveillance cameras......

The property itself is very nice--very clean, neat, and modern. However, it is misleading that the Expedia website advertises that this location has a Restaurant, when they do not. They offer only Breakfast, and she made it VERY clear that it wasn't included. No restaurant is often a deal-breaker for us, and we had to venture into the stressful city to eat.
