"I really enjoyed my stay at Sereneburi. It’s really well kept for Patong. I tried to extent my first stay here because the room and bed was so comfortable, but they were fully booked. Luckily they had vacancies later in my stay. It’s the best hotel I stayed at in Patong and I’m happy to recommend it to others. The AC was almost completely silent and worked perfectly"

"What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. "We arrived at Odin on 21 Dec. The lobby looks renovated but had TVs, tools, debris and construction materials all over the place. As we got off the lift, the hallway had construction materials strewn all over the floor with broken frame beds, broken nightstands and broken A/Cs. The first room, the safe was broken, it didn’t have a shower head, the door to the balcony would not lock, & there were clearly missing pieces of furniture in the room. "I don't like giving bad reviews but this place is not what was shown in the ad. There were a few problems, wifi was not high speed, it barely worked and I needed to use roaming the whole stay. Which sucked as I rented for the wifi speed to I could work during my stay. The rooms were quite dirty and mattresses were old, springs broken. "Front the moment Sugar checked me in at the front desk to the every moment of interactions I've had with all staff members of this hotelthey we all very Warm and Sincere. They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation. The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick. My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner."
