"The Blue is a large hotel so can get quite rowdy and busy. Rooms are adequate however have a dampness smell. Cannot leave the room and leave the air conditioning on, so can get quite hot when you get back (they only give you one room card). Pool area has limited seating and is quite dirty. On the positive - Great central location to all big name gyms and Eats."

"The Pullman was a great stay for us while we based ourselves in Phuket. The hotel was right on the beach and had many pool options for us to use. The kids club was FANTASTIC for our little one - one of the best clubs out of all the places we have been. It's hard to comment on the property as the place is undergoing renovations - that being said, the final day, they closed the entire main attrium for renovations. So whilst the restaurants, pool slide areas etc were all run down or shut - its hard to comment they were bad because theyre renovating and thats pretty understandable. Overall though, the hotel was extremely comfortable. The sea view room was incredible with a huge bathroom, a balcony view like the photo of the beach and pool. The breakfast was delicious every morning though could of had more options for children. Id stay again!"

"Deliecious breakfast with a wide range of foods available, slightly different each day. Beautiful swimming pools, happy hour between 4 and 6pm at the swim up pool bars with half price cocktails. Food was great for lunch around the pool and the onsite restaurant was fabulous, even had a cake for my birthday. Staff were wonderful and the spa was heaven. "

"Beautiful and secluded property. This was definitely the reset I needed as a solo traveler. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Also, everything is close by; horseback riding, ATV, local restaurants and coffee shops. The only two cons were the AC units sucks and the breakfast was mid. I would still recommend this resort 100 times over."

"I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience from start to finish. The photos online made it look modern and clean, but in reality, the place felt outdated and poorly maintained. The room had a musty smell as soon as I walked in, and the air conditioning barely worked, which made it really uncomfortable in the tropical heat. The room was full of bugs!!!!! The cleanliness was another major issue. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and I even noticed stains on the towels. The bathroom was worse there was mold in the corners of the shower, and the water pressure was inconsistent. Definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. Service wasn’t great either. The staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond to requests. I had to call multiple times just to get basic things like extra towels, and even then, it took forever. There was no sense of hospitality, which is surprising for a place in a tourist hotspot like Phuket. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are definitely better options in Phuket for the same price or even less. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere."
