"Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone...

"It was an amazing stay. We checked in late, after midnight, and check in was smooth. The rooms are beautiful and we got balcony at the first floor. The sea view was good. Communication with the owner was very good and he was there on call as and when required. There is restaurant near the beach and for the hotel guests, one umbrella and two chairs were free. this was an excellant perk. Parking can be done between hotel and restaurant and there is enough parking so no worries. Cleaning was done...
