"No air conditioning available even if it was advertized as available."

"Nous avons été très agréablement accueilli au Cristallo. L'équipe est au petit oignon et disponible pour nos besoins. Nous eu une chambre très bien, avec un super équipement et une propreté impeccable. Nous recommandons un peu moins le restaurant qui est plutôt bruyant avec un service un peu long."

"Staff spectacular, nice, attentive and ready to assist us in every request. Hotel is centrally located with very easy access to the historic center, marina and train station. Parking is very convenient."

"Beautiful location"

"Unique historical hotel with old city walls within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a great breakfast."

"It was incredible - such a beautiful hotel and area"

Antonella was very kind, hard working, and amazing host who took care of everything we need. The hotel is meticulously maintained and breakfast was freshly made and so delicious. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!"

I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous. Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use...
