"The hotel was very nice because it’s clean and the staff were very nice. The one that really stood up was the safety of the hotel. We felt very safe because each of the vehicles and people were not able to pass through without inspection. Good job! The breakfast buffet was also delicious. "

"Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen. So many options, definitely overstimulated but in the best way. Staff were all so kind, honestly all positive experiences! we had access to their Horizon lounge and it was a fantastic addition to our stay. Every evening there was someone singing in the hotel lobby as well which was great. Pool is very nice, got afternoon sun with huge umbrellas for shade in the chair loungers. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back! "

"Great location as you just have to walk across from Terminal 3 via Runway Manila. Staff was amazing too. The warmest people. "

"One of the two rooms we reserved was incomplete for amenities - coffee, creamer, bottled water. Hot water in the shower wasn't working. Took a cold shower. Towel rack in the bathroom fell off by itself , luckily no one's was hurt. Clean room ✔️ Helpful staff ✔️ Airport shuttle ✔️ A/C ✔️ I'd give ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for rating."

"Everything was great. We’ll be back. One criticism is the stale musty smell when getting off elevator and in room. Hotel would be well served to replace all carpets in rooms and halls. Staff is five star hospitality "
