Balut is a 14 to 21-day old fertilized duck egg depending on how developed one wants the duck embryo is. Balut is a common street food that has its origins in China. Pateros is the balut-capital of the Philippines. Balut is boiled and then eaten with salt or some spiced vinegar. "There was some kind of rally thing. Way too many people taking up space. Couldn't enjoy pool cuz they were all there and lobby was overcrowded. Power in room also kept flipping off ever with key in slot. Got annoying while watching movie on tv. Beautiful property though, showers were really nice! "
