Etna was stunning, and the pool was maintained well. Surrounding area was a bit intimidating, and the entrance gates took some work. But overall, a nice place and very attentive hosts."

"The property itself is very small but for two people it's perfect. Open plan with a little somewhat steep staircase up to the bedroom area. We like to be off the beaten track and this just right for us, the private courtyard (that includes the shower/washing machine) was a good size with multiple seating options available. Use of the families pool with views for miles including mount Etna was wonderful. Enzo was always available if needed, the Wifi wasn't working initially but he got it...

Une place de parking à l intérieure , un jardin à l ombre avec salon de jardin, table et barbecue. Au-dessus de la maison une grande terrasse avec salon de jardin très ensoleillée. Une chambre double et une chambre avec 2 petits lits. Une cuisine avec table et un salon. Accueil formidable et produits d accueil avec spécialités siciliennes. Très bon séjour dans cette rég"

"Property very tastefully furnished, friendly hosts (who speak very little English). OK for 2 people, would be a bit tight for 4. Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."

"We spent 7 days in this place and it was the best choice we made. Very large and spacious villa, fully equipped. We were very warmly welcomed by Mario and Angela. Wonderful and warm people who did everything to make our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place."

"A great property in very easy reach of Mt Etna, Taormina, Catania (40 mins from each), and Milazzo. There is also a lovely beach just 10mins away. The neighbourhood is a bit a non-descript, but it is a lovely property, quiet, with a lovely "temporary" pool which is a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Francesco the host was great throughout the stay. Highly recommended as a base for visits around Etna."

"I tried booking here twice - once when I flew in and again when I flew out of Catania. Big mistake. Both times the booking was automatically accepted only to be later cancelled. The first time it was cancelled with a couple of days notice (due to a double booking) so we were able to find another accommodation no problem. But the second time it was cancelled within 3 hrs of our check-in time and ONLY after I contacted VRBO customer service because my message to the host had gone completely...

L'emplacement est idéal pour couvrir la zone des Iles Eoliennes à Syracuse Le logement est conforme aux photos, agréable et fonctionnel. Seule la baignoire à jets n'était pas utilisable. Par contre, le SPA dans le jardin est un plus après une bonne journée de visites."

"Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft. We made use of the full kitchenette and our room even had a washer to do our laundry. The rooftop communal terrace was a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to the sounds of Catania....
