"Excellent location - 1minute from tram station, 25mins on tram to the beach, 10min walk to central valencia town I stayed as I had a conference at Feria Valencia and this was only 30mins away on a direct tram. Spacious flat with a well equipped kitchen and other amenities. Great water pressure in shower. AC Note: Bed is up a steep staircase/ladder. "We picked this house because of the proximity to the beach and because it had 3 bedrooms. The check-in process was very smooth and the host -Dulce was very responsive. "This apartment was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage."

"We were met at the airport by the lovely Enrique, who was the perfect host and gave us loads of information about what to see and how to get about. His apartment is very spacious with everything you might need. It has a small balcony with table and chairs - perfect for the afternoon sun. We managed to walk everywhere apart from the beach, which was a 40p tram ride. Thank you very much Enrique."

"We used the location to walk all over the city. In the evenings we cooked in the kitchen (well appointed) and were able to catch up on vacation laundry as we have been backpacking around Spain. "We stayed here recently with our two kiddos (6 and 8) and the location was amazing; walking distance to so many sites within Valencia! I would recommend going to the grocery prior to bedtime because breakfast spots don't open up early (enough for us) so we were stuck the first day but other than that it was wonderful and I would stay again. Oh also, they only provide about one showers worth of shampoo and body wash, so if you need more than that pack it!"
