"Everybody was very pleasant and nice. We asked for extra pillow and blanket and they promptly obliged. If I could give any constructive criticism I would say it would be that the pillows were so soft they didn’t feel like they maintained their elevation at all. We had a lovely stay overall "

"We stayed just overnight, but this by far has been the most wonderful welcome we've ever had at a hotel. Our check in was very easy and our room was ready when we got here. The staff were very friendly, especially Beno (apologies if I spelled the name wrong) who answered ever question we had and explained the hotels charges and amenities so we were well informed. The room was great, had a kitchen and all utensils you may need if you planned to cook. As we only stayed night we didn't use them, but great option for anyone staying for a longer time. I also liked the helpful QR options around the room for various things, as it helped explained things and helped with housekeeping tips, especially for those that don't carry cash."
