"We were less than a block from the beach. Although the room was small, it was painted light and felt airy and roomy. The only downside was the shower. It was tiny, which is manageable, but the rain shower head made it so there was no place in the shower you weren't getting wet. There was not a shelf for soap or anything and the door wouldn't close. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for a long weekend and had no problems or issues at all. The guest house provided parking vouchers for £15 for 24 hour parking on most of the local streets, we parked outside the property. The room was clean and plenty big enough for two, with lots of tea and coffee provided. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, the pier, town, bars and restaurants. Perfect!"

"The house and bed room was amazing, very large room, with nice tea and coffee area, shower/ toilet room very nice and clean. Easy to check in with coded doors. Felt very safe. Communication by email from owner very good, easy to understand stand and lots of useful information. Good check in and check out times "

"The room was lovely, the staff called as soon as we checked in to see if we checked in okay which was nice. If you looked out the window to the right you could see the sea. It was in a very good location. Cafes, bars and more right down the road! Difficult with parking but managed to find a carpark two streets down for £20 for 24 hours. Overall it was a lovely place for a little getaway, me and my partner really enjoyed ourself! "

"A really nice B&B at reasonable rates, friendly staff and a good breakfast. My single room was a bit small but had everything I needed. The location is great, just outside the centre to be quiet but very walkable and with excellent public transport just 50 metres away. "

"Was upgraded for free which as a lovely touch ☺️ room for improvement: bathroom was very small and you can hear everything from the street outside, so take earplugs if you'd be woken by bin lorries etc or if you stay on the weekend. Otherwise lovely spacious room, cafe downstairs looked really nice, lovely check in staff. "

"My wife & I only had a brief stay at Regency but it was exactly what we needed & for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed, cozy room that was uniquely decorated. They provided several 'extra touches', such as a little box full of menus, pamphlets for local establishments & the owner's recommendations for restaurants, as well as a few snacks alongside tea/coffee. The neighborhood seemed nice, and we were close to many amenities. Finding parking was difficult as the streets were full, but there is...

"Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge.
