"Check in was terrible. Took multiple international calls and texts to check in and get the door open. Door lock is operated by a phone system that would not accept a call from a US number. Owner said I would have to whatsapp them every time I needed to enter the room. I had already found them to be difficult to get on the phone from my previous check in calls. I tried to cancel the reservation but owner refused to refund me. So I left and got a proper hotel room."

"Biggest problem here was no photo or description explaining the very step stairs when you enter the front door, we left our luggage downstairs, it was just impossible for us two. The place was spotless & roomy except the shower in the bath was a bit weird. It would have been a nice gesture to have a few washing machine detergents, there are no shops in an easy walk distance; and yes your near the river but there’s a 4 lane busy road between you and the river.
