"Was nervous approaching the hotel. The lobby was rather hidden and the main hallway was in rough shape, but the actual hallways on the floors and rooms were recently renovated and super cute! Location was great, and price very affordable. Diamond in the rough for sure 😁"

"The staff was super helpful. I had a little bit of a difficult time getting in to the bed and breakfast as it was after hours. When I reached out to the staff, they helped walk me through the process and were so nice about it . "

"The property was outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome along the Tiber River. This was a major plus for us. We preferred the longer walks to Romes major attractions to staying in a more serene environment. "

"Convenient located in the heart of Rome, walking distance for lot of the attractions. Good costumer service , i booked one of the room with private bathroom but outside the room ( i did not realized that ) which i did not like it but it was my fault. I suggest a mirror , at least a bottle of water and couple of glasses in the room , maybe a coffee maker ? "

"Property manager, Pia, was extremely helpful getting us setup. She reached out early with access codes, and then followed up to make sure we accessed our room without issues. It all went so smoothly for our first time booking at a quaint, boutique hotel, because of Pia. The hotel was very nice, with modern rooms, and very private. The balcony was fantastic for having an espresso in the morning and wine at night."

"Excellent breakfast options!! Clean. Beautiful room and outdoor area (although outdoor lighting could have been turned on in the evenings for more cuteness). Great service from friendly people. Difficult to find. Many, many steps with no lift. Could use additional furniture on which to place luggage."
