The entire staff (receptionists Flavia and Antonella, waiters Mario, Mateo, and Masimo, along with the chambermaids) were exceptionally polite, friendly, and very helpful. The same applies to Pietro, the proprietor of this hotel, who continues to operate this establishment that has been in his family for generations with utmost professionalism and courtesy toward his guests. Wonderful service and enjoyed very much the vintage Godfather Tour that the hotel arranged. Close walk to Isola Bella. Wonderful place to relax and to end our tour of Italy. "
