"The owner welcomed us on arrival and gave us a tour of the hotel. We were given a free wine as a gift from the hotel which was very delicious. The room was clean and the view was nice. The hotel was close to bus station and located close to main attractions. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good and the ladies work at the hotel are super friendly. "

Trying to cancel that terrible booking hasn’t succeeded as well because host didn’t response and hotels.com hasn’t managed to complete that.
