Ich habe das bekommen was auch beschrieben war. Zum ersten Mal war ich überrascht und zufrieden. Kann ich nur weiter Werde wenn ich immer in Passau bin buchen.

Wir (2 Pers.) waren im August / September 26 für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung Nr. 6. Check in war problemlos, der Schlüssel war im Schlüsseltresor bereit, Code war uns zuvor per Mail übermittelt worden.Das Zimmer war wirklich ausreichend groß, ebenso der Balkon. Küche komplett eingerichtet, wir vermißten nur einen Toaster. Die Dusche ist geräumig und leicht sauber zu halten (Decken- und Handbrause). Eine Duschmatte war offensichtlich vergessen worden, wir bekamen sie aber problemlos von einem eigentlich immer im Haus anzutreffenden jungen Mann vom Personal nachgeliefert.Der Parkplatz für unseren Pkw nebst kleinem Anhänger (direkt neben den Garagen) war o k. und ausreichend lang. Die E-Bikes konnten wir sicher in einer versperrten Garage (Schlüssel außen verwahrt im Schlüsseltresor, den Code hierfür bekamen wir auch von dem Mitarbeiter vor Ort) unterstellen.Die Abfallentsorgung war auch problemlos in großen Containern in einer weiteren Garage möglich.Mit den unmittelbar angrenzenden Nachbarn kamen wir problemlos ins Gespräch, wir waren von deren Freundlichkeit eigentlich eher positiv überrascht.Einziger Wermutstropfen war zu unserem Zeitpunkt eine Dachrenovierung am übernächsten Haus, die Arbeiten gingen schon früh los. Aber einerseits gehen die ja mal vorüber, andrerseits waren wir fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs.Radwege zur Innenstadt und Donauradweg sind gut, aber etwas schwierig zu finden.Auschecken problemlos, Schlüssel wieder in Tresor und fertig.

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Der gebuchte zugehörige Parkplatz sollte mit Appartementnummer versehen werden, damit er auch verfügbar ist bzw. nicht belegt ist.
