"Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private. "The property is on the side of a steep slope, very isolated in the middle of an olive orchard. It takes10 - 15 minutes to drive from the village. The major downside is that it is dark with tiny windows showing almost no view. Everything worked. The kitchen could use new utensils.
