"Stayed here for a concert at the Coliseum - only 1/2 mile down the road. When we left the concert, we were able to go out the back gate of the coliseum parking lot, and drive through a very short neighborhood, making it back to the hotel in about 5 minutes after walking outside - without having to fight ANY traffic. Check in staff was so friendly and easy check in. For the price, it was a nice place to stay."

"Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, only problem we had was the first room we were assigned smelled like cigarette. We had to go somewhere but we sprayed the room spray before going; when we came back smell was still the same. Besides that, the room was clean. The guy in the front was friendly and upgraded our room to deluxe. When we were about to move our stuff, the lady in the front came and said that she don’t smell anything and the room he gave us is deluxe room, so she have to charge extra....

"The rooms were clean, it was quite, and the people were nice and helpful. Also the seafood restaurant was in the same parking lot that is very reasonable and we could easily walk to it. We have stayed there many times and haven't been disappointed yet. We would highly recommend this place and will stay there whenever we can. It is also close to interstate, fishing and more."

"We were coming for sun and ocean and long walks and a visit to NOLA, instead Mother Nature gave us Francis. So a bit different than planned but cottage was great and sturdy during storm, even if pretty noisy. We loved the cottages design touches, annd thoughtful items stocked for guests. We met some really nice local people! Enjoyed the Pass!"
