***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. Nice House

Overall was impressed with the accomodations. we had an issue with the air conditioning which made it difficult to sleep the two nights we stayed there but their service group was very responsive to helping the final night be more bearable.

The Westside Riley house is beautiful, very clean, in a great neighborhood and a must stay at kind of home. The communication before our stay was perfect and checking in and out was flawless. Very happy and pleased we had the pleasure of staying here. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

The house was exactly what we needed for our weekend wine-tasting trip. The open floor plan allowed all of us to spend time together in a beautiful, quiet setting.

Spacious home near town

My friends and I loved our stay in this house. It was close to town and wineries on the Westside. It is clean and updated. The kitchen has all the essentials and even a great coffee set up. The management company even gave a courtesy call days before our arrival. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house. Great location in Paso

This house is lovely and has everything you need for your stay. There was a small hiccup at check-in but the host answered right away and took care of it. Downtown Paso walkable and some great shopping.

We live in Napa Valley, but enjoy our annual trip to Paso Robles. House is newly built, great westside .location less than a mile walk from downtown. Very clean. Recommendations: Best restaurant-BL Brasserie, Favorite winery= La Aventure

Girls Trip 60th bday

3 of us drove from Sonoma while 4 drove from So California for a total of 7 friends meeting at Paso Robles home to celebrate my birthday. We stayed in Friday night enjoying drinks, appetizers and dinner we brought. We visited 3 wineries for tastings Saturday and dinner plans Saturday evening.

Perfect Central Coast Getaway

The home was large, clean, stocked, and well located. Check in was keyless and easy. It was very near downtown and close to all the great wineries in the area. We dined at home a few nights and the BBQ worked great and the kitchen had all the requisite items for a great pasta meal. As a bonus there was an electric car charger in the garage for our two EV’s. Overall an excellent experience!

Amazing

Outstanding property. Check in seamless with door lock codes. Quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown Paso Robles. They have a patio upstairs and downstairs. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Girl’s Weekend Wine Tasting

The house was quite impressive and immaculate!! I agree with other guests that stated the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautifully designed and decorated! Everyone was comfortable and happy with their room choices and pleased there were three bathrooms..much needed for seven women. The beds and linens were like sleeping on a cloud! Overall check in and out very convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to meet in on our yearly girls’ trip. Thank you Paso Vacation Rentals!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall 4. Had problems with TV, but PRVR quickly sent out someone (Brandon?) who spent 30+ minutes and 2 tech calls and got it working! Negative for not recommending is barking dogs (Boxer and Terrier) each morning starting at 7AM in yard directly behind.

Great Property

6 of us stayed at this property for 4 nights and were very happy with the accomodations. Air conditioning was very good and responsive, house was very clean and recently renovated, great kitchen, plenty of seating for dining room and family room. The only difficulty we had was that we had 3 cars (no street parking allowed). There is enough room in the garage for 2 cars but it is tight to get in and driveway did accommodate 2 cars but it was on the narrow side. Just a little difficulty but definitely doable. Really minor issue as the house was one of the better houses I have stayed at on VRBO. Everything we could possibly need was available to us. Thank you!

Fantastic Property

We really enjoyed our time at the Westside Riley House. The property is within walking distance to downtown Paso Robles and a short drive to many of Paso's great wineries. The neighborhood was very quiet which is something very much appreciated, but is something to consider if your group is very active late into the night. When we arrived the property was in immaculate condition and very comfortable. We were able to settle in quickly and enjoy our long weekend. I have only two suggestions that would have improved our stay. There were very few pots or pans. The pots and pans that were there were well worn and could really use replacing. The bed in the main bedroom had a thick memory foam topper. I am sure many people love these, but it was very uncomfortable for both my wife and I. The sleep we got over the two nights was not great. This is a personal preference and certainly does not take away from the quality of this property.
