Villa Royal House 3 is located on the fairy-tale island of Pasman, which belongs to the Zadar archipelago. Thanks to the clear sea in the Pašman Channel, the island abounds in beautiful sandy beaches with crystal blue sea. Thanks to its vegetation, it hides numerous bays and beaches where you can find your part of the Mediterranean paradise. The island offers a view of many beautiful islands of the Pasman Channel and the Dalmatian coast.



Villa Royal House 3 offers a view of this beautiful landscape from all rooms of the villa thanks to its proximity to the sea (30 m). The villa has three luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom with showers. The ground floor has a functional and modern kitchen, dining room with 8 seats, comfortable living room with TV and separate toilet. In front of the villa is a beautiful terrace with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating places from which you can observe the beautiful landscape of the island of Pasman. Next to the terrace is a refreshing pool with sun loungers where you can relax in the summer sun.

From Pašman it is possible to go on excursions to the nearby cities of Zadar and Biograd, as well as all the surrounding villages on the island of Pašman and the island of Ugljan and get to know their curiosities and everyday habits. Adventurers are advised to ride a bike or walk along the marked paths that pass-through olive groves, bays and archaeological sites to discover all the charms of this island.
