The house extends over two floors and convinces with modern design, high-quality equipment and spacious rooms. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and balcony with sea view. In total, the accommodation offers space for up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children on the sofa bed). Two fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living and dining area create perfect conditions for shared meals and relaxed evenings.



In the outdoor area, a heated pool (32 m²) awaits you, promising bathing fun even in the off-season. A whirlpool with a view of the sea invites you to relax, while comfortable sun loungers and a shady seating area ensure restful hours outdoors. The covered barbecue area with a dining table offers space for sociable dinners under the open sky.



The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, safe and first aid kit. Family-friendly extras such as a baby bed, high chair and a small children's playground are also available. Pets are welcome. Four secured parking spaces are available directly on the property.



The next pebble beach is only about 100 metres away, while restaurants, supermarket and town centre are accessible within around 500 metres. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, kayaking or cycling. Via the nearby ferry in Preko (Ugljan Island), you can quickly and conveniently reach Zadar on the mainland – ideal for a day trip.
