In the north of the island of Pasman welcomes you this modern and inviting vacation home with many amenities.



Step into this spacious vacation home with your family and feel right at home. The beautiful house is spread over several floors where you can relax and feel at home. Enjoy the appealing design, an interplay on wood and noble materials, and discover what the house has to offer. But you can also enjoy your time outdoors on several levels. Look forward to the heated pool that promises swimming fun, relax in the whirlpool or sunbathe on the roof terrace.



From the house you have the sea already in view and reach after a few steps the sandy beach, which merges into a bathing plateau of concrete. Dive into the crystal clear water and enjoy the surroundings. ?drelac is connected by a bridge with the island of Ugljen and the clear water, beautiful beaches, interesting diving and windsurfing spots, cycling and running trails make this destination very attractive for one at any time of the year!

Outstanding Location

Here is everything best in class. The House is new, modern, very beautiful and A+ equipped. The highlight is the pool and the rooftop whirlpool. The beach next to the location is nice for snorkeling, has a minimarket and a beachbar. This was by far the best house we had the last years.
