"We had a peaceful and wonderful stay here. Room was clean and all staff are friendly, respectful and courteous. One stood out. While checking out, I forgot my purse in the room with my passport, ID and money. The staff ( I forgot to ask his name, as everything in a rush) handed me back my purse, untouched. So grateful, for his honesty. When given a chance, I will definitely pick this hotel again."

"All staff from security at the door up to executive lounge breakfast room were courteous and friendly. Just need exterminator for baby ants, bugs & small cockroach! Also internet is very slow ! Otherwise had a great stay 👍👏"

"Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service. Everyone was eager to please. Kudos to the check in staff, concierge and Cafe astoria esp John Marc. We had the 2 bedroom suite which we enjoyed, gym and buffet breakfast with many options. Loved our room on the 31st floor even though the elevator was a little slow. Walking distance to Edsa Shangrila and Megamall. Grocery and restaurants nearby. "
