"Fantastic hotel"

"The security in this hotel is excellent. When I went to dinner, I left my bag which had my Passport, money, identification, everything, in the lobby. Their security cameras picked that up and the hotel receptionist took the bag and held it for me until I came back 15 minutes later when I realized I had left it!! The room itself was very comfortable. The bed was firm.. The shower and the water pressure were perfect. The air conditioner was easy to operate. I was able to get cappuccino at the front desk every morning although breakfast is available if you wanted it. They were extremely helpful in giving us directions to facilitate our parking. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. And the location was excellent. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a warm charm. The restaurant on the top floor is a must try, with the staff manning a dinner service that is top class. The rooms were clean, topped up daily with toiletries and waters. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and was topped up whenever possible. The location is right between some fantastic restaurants, independent shops and a short walk away from the leaning tower of Pisa. Overall we had a fantastic time and that was thanks to The Grand Hotel Duomo."

"Second weekend staying here and highly recommended. Staff are great, rooms are fabulous. My only complaint is the tv logs off every time you leave the room so you need to reset it to the likes of you tune and what you were watching every time which was time consuming! "
