"I was hesitant at for after reading reviews, but the properly and entire staff was absolutely amazing. We declined a room upgrade because my wife wanted a balcony, but the room is super clean spacious. In good faith, the manager sent my wife and I a bottle of wine. They went out of the way to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommended.. Also, the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. I actually took a picture of it to order it when we get back to the US. A++++"

"Its a beautiful property. The staff are very friendly. Only the shower head is not strong. The rest of the room is well maintained and excellent buffet "

"The staff is very attentive. Front desk very efficient. There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently. The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas. I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price. The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean. The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area. I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided. Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation. We had a pleasant stay."

"We stayed for 5 days in April 2020. We were very grateful to get one of the accessible rooms on the 5th floor which was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as always with many choices and Kavita and Upendar very helpful. Mahipal helped us with transportation, driving 600 kms in 5 days to get us everywhere we wanted. Thank you very much and we will visit again."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only negative is the area the hotel is in. It is close to main attractions such as Connaught Place and the Red Fort but the immediate vacinity of the hotel is not the best with limited dinning options. As such, I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and it took over an hour to receive my food order and drink, the food was good but the service takes way too long."

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe and gave us everything we needed. Thanks for a great and affordable stay!"
