"We arrived a little later than planned due to a 2 hour flight delay but were greeted enthusiastically by the owner’s mother who spoke no English. We muddled through the walk through of this amazingly beautiful trulli but later the owner and her daughter came and explained a little more in English. The trulli is picture postcard beautiful both inside and out. I like to cook so found the kitchen a little lacking. I did however learn to use a Bialetti caffitiera and cook porridge on the stove...

"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

The property is amazing -- there are actually three separate apartments, plus extensive outdoor areas including a huge pool and pickle ball court. "This place was super cute and clean. Communication with the owner was good. It was definitely appreciated that we had a dedicated parking spot. Even though we were there late May (before peak tourist season), parking was already crazy. This place was within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and all the other Trulli. The only thing we had difficulty with was the espresso maker. I’m not sure if we were doing something wrong, but we only got it to work a few times, other times...

"The property is excellent - fantastic facilities in every respect. We had no issues with the electricity when there (something which some earlier reviews flagged) and everything worked perfectly at all times. Location excellent for exploring Puglia. Unrelated to the property in some ways (and not something which can be helped), the only thing to watch out for is the mosquitos when out in the countryside - being repellant and cover up."

"This was a great property. Nice pool. 3 bedrooms, but you needed to go through one of the double bedrooms to get to the bedroom with twin beds. One of our favorite things was there very friendly pair of dogs that belonged to the neighbor. These dogs would greet us when we pulled into the driveway and often would nap in the shade while we were swimming. The dogs were super sweet."

We had good weather end Sept. beginning of October however the pool was to cold to use and there was no maintenance, sure it would be great in summer months.
