"This was a lovely apartment . Clean and comfortable .Transport to centre just a short walk to Trolley bus service and an extra 5 mi-10 mins to metro station . Nikolay was great host, offers transport to and from Airport which cost around £15.00..Which I thought was very good especially if you don't arrive till late as some transport can take upto 1hr . Note that the apartment shown my not be the actual apartment you get "

"Overall happy with the apartment. All floors were cleaned and generally good standard of cleanliness. Some parts of the apartment need refreshing but for the price we were happy and it was a super convenient for us to stay in that location. Kitchen and bathroom facilities in the really good and all worked well."

"The location of the Flora is on of the best just a short walk to the slopes or down to the Gondola. The room had recently had a make over so nearly everything is new. The Host Simon answered my message within minutes and was very helpful. Plan to stay here again."

"We got a reservation at this property, however no one got back to us with instruction on how to enter the apartment. We got there at exactly 4pm and no one was there to open the door or to handle us a key! Very disappointed. We had to look for a new hotel in a city we do not know. "

"I stayed in this property six nights, four of which I had a colleague as a roommate. We were in Sofia for a conference that took place at the university 4 blocks away. We had unusual temperatures in the 90s but the AC worked beautifully in the flat. I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes in the combo unit next to the kitchen sink. We did not have any occasion to use the dishwasher, but there is one. The bathroom is tiny but all one needs, although some glass shelving would help with...
