"It was a really nice place. We had to pay for parking which is common for most stays in Cali but $32 is a bit much. Plus they added a bunch of fees for the property when we only planned to stay overnight. We didn’t realize til after we checked out and received our receipt. If you park on property, you’ll have to take an elevator and wrap around to even get to the check in desk which was hard to find when we first arrived. They definitely need to have an actual sign on the door that says entry to lobby or something. All the doors we passed looked the same. The receptionists were okay. When we first arrived the person helping us was on the phone with another guest while trying to check us in at the same time. They should have more staff to help."

"Very nice, clean hotel room. Good location off the freeway, 20mins drive to universal studios. Good food at the bar/restaurant. Small pool, no hot-tub and the sauna takes 20mins to warm up. Didn’t find any vending machines, and staff didn’t understand when asked (d/t a language barrier). Overall though, it was perfect for our 2 day stay."
