"If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. "We loved our stay in this impeccably decorated cottage suite. The yard is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The bed was so comfortable and the furnishings beautiful. The huge walk in shower was an extra bonus after a dip in the spa. I enjoyed lounging on the patio during the day. The kitchen is well stocked and having the washer and dryer was really nice.
