"We were very happy with the overall service and truly appreciated the warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was very attentive and willing to assist, which made our stay a wonderful experience. If we could share one small suggestion, it would be regarding the cafeteria service. When we visited for coffee and something sweet, actualy they never came to take oyr order, and we were there for around 15 minutes. We understand that the team may have been busy at the time, but a little more attentiveness in this area could make the experience even better. Overall, we were more than satisfied with the service and would be happy to return."

"The hotel was great - close to shops and right across the street from La Carolina Park. My only complaint was that there were so many taxis outside that you could smell gas fumes when eating in the restaurant. There was also a party with very loud music until 1am which made it impossible to sleep. Security was excellent. I recommend this hotel."

"Simple hotel, nothing fancy. I really like the construction, wood and stone. Great looking place. Very clean. Beds are very comfy. The staff was really helpful, checked us in and out at odd hours, arranged transportation when we needed it. Breakfast was delicious. No A/C or fans. If it's hot, you'll be sweating. But that doesn't happen often in Quito. All this for $38 a night!"
