"Clean pleasant rooms. Staff and manager Santhosh were exceptionally responsive and considerate. Had a wonderful stay."

"Good"

"The property was over all good and clean ambience with excellent food and service.... perfect for a family time"

"Very relaxing jungle location. Great massages."

"Had a great time staying over there.. friendly staff and great service can't ignore the flavour and taste of foods served ..definitely recommend to friends "

"This is a newly built camping style place. The rooms are nice for the outdoor location. Working ceiling fans, sliding glass doors. I spent some time with one of the owners who has great English and is a great guy. It’s really a great location to make as a home camp to take safari jeeps from, which the site can easily order for you. They also can arrange walking trips through the wild park with a park ranger. Great group of people running this place!!"

"Lovely and attentive staff but room amenities were substandard for a presumed 5 star hotel . "

"Great ambience. Beautiful view. Cordial staff. 30 minutes from Vagamon town. Nice restaurant and food. Room is spacious with a large balcony. As the location is mostly cold and moist the room walls need periodic painting to avoid molding."

"Clean room, but not many amenities."

"Nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom could be made more plush..very basic feel. Food a challenge especially for vegetarians. Stayed for two nights. "

"Staff are excellent. Facilities are not adequate. No toilet paper and no microwave or coffee kettle. Could upgrade little more "

"Really nice place. Friendly staff! Kumily is great for exploring Periyar. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the entry point into Periyar national park. Clean and spacious room. No hot water in the shower head. However, there was a tap with hot water in knee-height and a plastic bucket. So it was possible to get a hot shower using that. "
