"We had four adults and four kids and this was a great location for everyone. Kids are all under 10 and the upstairs bedrooms were perfect for them. Lots of space in the rental for everyone. The fire pit was perfect and a nice secluded property. The best part was the lake access just down the road. Took the boats out on the water w the kids and they loved it. Would have liked an instruction binder accessible rather than pulling up online how to care for the residence and a list of local food delivery/restaurants would have been nice. "We came up to get our kids (4&6) skiing at pleasant mountain. Location was convenient and well priced for a very low key long weekend. House had what we needed including games and puzzles. We were able to get out and explore both bridgton and North Conway easily. We spent little time outside on the property with some wet weather but imagine that would have upped the experience another notch."

"We booked this location, because we wanted to go to the Fryburg Fair and North Conway Outlets. It was just 20 minutes from Fryburg and 40 minutes from North Conway. In the evenings we sat out on the patio and checked out the foliage at the Pond. There was an extra friendly neighborhood dog that stopped by for a quick visit."

We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing.
