"We had a gorgeous stay in Kicking Horse. We were in town to run an ultra marathon & the place was a perfect place for us to unwind & enjoy the scenery + hot tub & sauna and then fall into very comfortable beds post long runs. If you're lucky you'll get an amazing view of the Northern Lights directly from the balcony! Highly recommend, we will be back! "

"When first entering the property we were taken back with the beautiful wooden build and incredible views from ALL the windows! The location of the house was perfect for exploring a wide area, May was a great time to visit as it wasn't too busy wherever we went. "Bear cabin was wonderful. It’s just a short drive to town. There were good restaurants in town with a great variety of food. It was very handy to the highway which made it easy to explore the area. The description of the property was very accurate. We would definitely stay there again."

"The condo was nice and clean, nice furnishings, and communication with the host was excellent. The location was central to both Yoho and Glacier parks. This would be a great condo for a family… for two couples, not as ideal as second and third bedrooms were very small. We also weren’t aware that the restaurant and gondola were shut down mid October. But would recommend for other times of the year!"

"Fantastic place. Maximum flexibility with bed arrangements to accommodate men’s ski trip. Easy ski out. Short Walt to ski in. Hot tub very clean. BBQ new and even burning heat. Bed mattresses in places some guys did not like because they were a bit soft and lumpy but each had their preference. Kitchen and common spaces very roomy and accommodating to large group. Would stay here again."

"My husband and daughter and I stayed here when she participated in the Golden Ultra which had stages both in Golden and at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. It was a very convenient location. The kitchen was well set up for cooking and we enjoyed relaxing in the great room between events. The bathrooms have been recently updated and the finishings make it seem like home. We would definitely come again."

"The property was great. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location for exploring the area. Using this as a base, we went to Yoho NP, Glacier NP, Mount Revelstoke (overrated), Mount Seven, and Kicking Horse Mountain. There is a great wolf sanctuary very near by and the town of Golden is good for getting supplies and dinner.Unfortunately our only wildlife sighting was a deer in the backyard, but we did see a couple of black bears 4km up Mount Seven. "Used this place as a break from our parks road trip for a night, super close to food, convenience stores, gas right outside the neighborhood. Brewery maybe 10 minutes down the road. If looking to pop into jasper at all it’s a scenic drive out of the park saw some bears and caribou. 2 hours from Columbia icefield which we went to the following morning and drive was very scenic."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. The property is near the entrance of Yoho national park, but a little bit far away from grocery stores in either Gorden or Lake Louise. So please do your grocery in advance before you head to the cabin. If the cabin provides bed sheets in white, that would be perfect. "
