"Room was clean but it took a while, the staff was very helpful, did end up getting breakfast and it was good. And parking was alright just a bit costly if 100 is much"

"Professional staff, very clean facilities, perfect location between Central Park and time square."

"We had an excellent stay at Hilton Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations. Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. We will definitely...

"Its the Hilton"

"The lighting in the room was very less. We had to turn on the torch from our phone to find things on our bag. The room was not clean. The beds were made well but you could see dust everywhere. There were dust on the headboard, side tables, table and chair. Even the floors looked like they were not vacuumed. However, the people at front desk were very friendly and helpful."
