"We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. "Fantastic location very close to Marienplatz in Munich centre with loads of 'big ticket' items to see and do. Traditional style of hotel, which I love, but might not to be to everyone's taste. If you want a glass & chrome hotel - this isn't it. Everything was in good order and I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Munich."
